Todd Foje is Chief Executive Officer of Great Plains Communications (GPC) located in the Omaha area community of Blair, Nebraska. He is CEO and/or Chairman of affiliates of GPC, such as GP Investments and AllCom Global Services. GPC is a fourth-generation family owned telecommunications business, and Foje serves as its first non-family CEO.

GPC owns and operates a state-wide fiber optic network running from Omaha to Denver and provides Internet, telephone and cable television services in 90 Nebraska communities. AllCom Global Services, an affiliate of GPC, is based in St. Louis, Missouri and is a global provider of infrastructure services for data and voice communications networks and data centers used primarily in the defense industry.

He is a certified public accountant and attorney. He has a BSBA degree from Creighton University, a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University, and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) degree from Georgetown University.

Foje is on the board of advisors for the R.D. Offutt companies, an international agri-business firm with agricultural and construction equipment, farming, dairy, food processing, irrigation, and real estate businesses. He is a director for Lozier Enterprises, the market leader in the design and manufacture of fixtures for retail display, and an investor in real estate, banking, private equity and other ventures. Foje serves as a director for E. Ritter & Associates, a diversified fifth-generation family business operating in the telecommunications and agribusiness sectors, primarily in Northeast Arkansas and West Tennessee. He is a founding board member of Bright Sky Interactive, a start-up marketing firm specializing in digital media. Foje previously served as an independent director for Omnium Worldwide, one of the ten largest payment collection firms, prior to it being acquired by West Corporation in 2007, and chaired its audit and compensation committees. He is the current chairman of the Nebraska Telecommunications Association, and is on the board and executive committee of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

His charitable service has included key volunteer and board roles with the American Red Cross, Creighton Prep High School, Duchesne Academy, and as a mentor through the Teammates youth mentoring program.
He is a native of Jefferson, Iowa and makes his home in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife Amy and children Nathan (21), Amanda (19) and Emily (17).

Janelle Allison is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Great Plains Communications, Inc. and GP Investments. Inc. Previously Janelle served as the Vice President of Corporate Services, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Great Plains One Call and Locating Service. Janelle is a certified public accountant with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Janelle has 16 years of experience in the banking industry and 14 years experience in the telecommunications industry, which includes telecommunications software, telemarketing, underground utility locating, state one-call notification systems, and telephone, cable TV, and internet communications. Her background includes accounting operations, cash management, forecasting, financial reporting, system conversions, customer service, insurance and corporate IT. Janelle is a member of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
